Are your products original?

How long will delivery take?

Transit time for international shipments is 2-3 weeks on average.
For those who need our item(s) faster. We also offer Standard (Expedited) shipping, we base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Zhejiang, China).

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

          It’s shipped by Yanwen, and it’s picked up by PostNL, it seems that PostNL had first scan on Mar. 8th (It means Yanwen didn’t proceed it during Chinese new year holiday, please wait 1-2 weeks and I think it can be arrived, thanks.

I was given the GOSO set on my birthday (21st Mar) by my son and the rake snapped as though it had been over tempered or similar. I live in the UK.
